Captains Joachim Ruether (secretary) and Stan Bowles (chair) attended at the Western Maritime Institute in Ladysmith, Vancouver Island, BC to present Raven Rorick with his 2024 Fall Bursary Award. They also took the opportunity to speak to students there aboout the aims of the NPESC.
