On Thursday February 6th, it was our pleasure to be able to make a book award to Master 150GT student, Thierry Lefebvre-Lepage, at the Western Maritime Institute campus in Ladysmith, Vancouver Island. In the attached photograph Thierry accepts his award (the DOKMAR international Collision Regulations Guide Book) from Captains Stan Bowles and Joachim Ruether of the NPESC.
